What time can I check in?

The usual check-in time starts at 3 pm, check-out is until 11 am. In case you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage with us and start exploring our wonderful city. The reception desk is openned for you 24 hours a day and provides all kinds of hotel services such as wake-up call, luggage storage, information.

What time is the breakfast served at the hotel?

Breakfast buffet is served for our guests Monday till Friday from 6:30 until 10:30 am, Saturday and Sunday – from 6:30 until 10:30 am.

Is there internet connection at the hotel and what does it cost?

High-speed internet connection is available in all the rooms, which our guests can use absolutely free of charge! Please, ask the receptionist for the access password.

Where can I park?

you have several opportunities to park around the hotel.
1. Parking on the street for 3€ per hour max. 39€ per day (9-22 o´clock)
2. Parking at the Karstadt Parking Garage per 25€ per day.
3. Parking at the Contipark underground car park Los Angeles Platz for 28€ per 24 hours.
4. Parking in our backyard (if places are available) for 25€ per day (80€ deposit for electronic key)

Where can I print some documents, send a fax or connect to the internet?

All those services will be gladly provided to you by our receptionist. Wi Fi is available throughout the hotel free of charge, in case you do not have a mobile device or a computer, the hotel can lend you a laptop.

Can I bring my pet along to the hotel?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Can I get a smoking room?

All the guest rooms of our hotel are non-smoking! By prior arrangement a room with a balcony can be provided.

What kind of conditions can a traveller with small children expect?

The hotel provides baby-cots or extra beds upon request. Children under 5 years of age can stay on the existing beds for free.

Is there laundry service at the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not have laundry service, but we will gladly recommend you one nearby.

Is there an iron at the hotel?

The hotel provides iron facilities upon request free of charge.

Which languages do the hotel staff speak?

Our team of staff is a big international family, we are always there for you and ready to help in English, German, Russian and Hebrew.
